Alderney's hospital is closed to visitors as four cases of Covid-19 have been identified there.
Two positive test results have been recorded in members of staff at the Mignot Memorial Hospital. The other two cases are patients admitted to the hospital.
Contact tracing is underway.
Although the hospital is closed to visitors, officials say end of life care visits can be arranged by administering lateral flow tests and wearing PPE.
All hospital staff and patients are undergoing daily lateral flow tests, with staff currently required to work wearing PPE.
Officials say the situation will be monitored over the weekend and further updates will be provided as necessary.
