The Green Lionesses will appear in the Women's FA Cup for the first time this season.
Guernsey FC Women were formed in July 2023.
At the time, the new club said its ambition was to reach the FA leagues and now, three years later, that dream has been achieved.
The local side has been accepted into the Adobe Women's FA Cup.
A draw next month will decide their first opponents, who they will face on the penultimate weekend in August.
On social media, the team said it was "Another exciting opportunity for the Green Lionesses to test themselves against new opposition, make more history, and proudly represent Guernsey on the national stage.
"The adventure continues. We can’t wait to see where our first-ever Women’s FA Cup campaign takes us!"
