The Harry Potter author has taken a trip to the fourth largest Channel Island via Guernsey.
JK Rowling posted on social media site X, sharing images of her trip to her 14 million followers.
It has been rumoured her next 'Strike' novel could be set on the island.
There are currently seven books in the crime fiction series, published under the pseudonym Robert Galbraith.
