Five new covered shelters have been proposed by the Infrastructure Department.
Under the proposals the structures will be built at:
- Mont Nicolle, westbount on La Route Des Genets, St Brelade
- Jersey Aeroclub, eastbound on L'Avenue de la Reine Elizabeth, St Peter
- Beaumont Co-Op, southbound on La Route de Beaumont, St Peter
- York Farm, westbound on La Route de la Haule, St Peter
- Abbotsmount, southbound on St John's Road, St Helier
There will also be improvements to the accessibility of the southbound stop on Oxenford Close, St Lawrence and eastbound outside the Red Houses Waitrose in St Brelade.
Islanders are being encouraged to give their opinions on the proposals and the consultation runs until 14 November.
