A free festival aiming to help us prioritise emotional, physical and mental wellbeing is taking place at Les Ormes today.
It’s the first time ‘WellFest’ has been organised by the States, giving us the chance to try out new sports and activities, hear talks and browse stalls.
A programme has been published with full details of the day’s activities.
Daniela Raffio from the Health Department helped to organise the event. She hopes there’ll be something for everyone:
“We hope that islanders come and see what is on offer and find something for them which they’d like to take up, learn more about, or feel inspired by. We want people of every age to engage and it’s great to start Wellfest by having so many students to experience it.”
You can book free tickets to the Morning or Afternoon sessions through Eventbrite, or find out more information about the event on Gov.je.
