Jersey's La Faîs’sie d’Cidre is back this weekend (19 - 20 October) at Hamptonne Country Life Museum.
The annual event, which is running from 10.00am - 5.00pm both days, celebrates the island's history of cider making with a number of events.
Cider-sampling last year's festival batch will be on offer, as well as getting stuck in to help produce the drink for next year.
The pressings will take place from 10.00 - 12.00pm and 2.00 - 4.00pm on Saturday and Sunday.
It's estimated that 160 sacks of apples will be pressed by the end of the weekend.
Live music, creative workshops, dancing and food will also be available to attendees.
Jersey Beekeepers' annual honey show and competition is also taking place at the same location.
The event offers the chance to meet local beekeepers, learn about sustainable beekeeping practices and see the Asian Hornet display.
We're told normal entry fees to Hamptonne apply for the festival, which are £14.95 for adults, £9.95 for children over six and students, and £13.95 for senior citizens.
Entry is free for Jersey Heritage members.
There is limited parking for the cider weekender, but islanders can get the 'Apple Bus' for free from Liberation square.
The 43-seater coach will run from 12.00pm every hour until the end of the festival. They'll also be a return service from 12.30pm.
