A man has been charged in connection with a crash in Queen's Road on Friday night.
A blue BMW smashed into a car parked outside a house, forcing it through the property's front window.
48 year old Philip Stuart Smale is due in Jersey's Magistrate's Court this morning accused of failing to provide a specimen of breath.
Police are appealing for witnesses. Officers especially want anyone with photos or video footage of the incident or the aftermath to come forward.
It's understood the family whose house was damaged were on holiday.
The property was guarded overnight and secured with boards and fencing the following day.
